We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website, to answer your enquiries, or to comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract or pre-contractual measures), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Hosting

This website is operated on a server of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The servers are located in Germany.

4. Server log files

When you visit this website, the web server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser:

  • IP address
  • date and time of access
  • requested page or file
  • referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • browser and operating system used

This data is used solely to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website and to defend against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data and is deleted automatically after 14 days.

5. Contact form and e-mail

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, company if given, e-mail address, selected topic, message) in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

To protect against abusive mass submissions (spam), we store a non-reversible, keyed hash of your IP address – for rate limiting for at most 24 hours, and together with your message until it is deleted. The IP address itself is not stored (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your enquiry is deleted automatically 12 months after receipt, unless statutory retention obligations apply. The data is not passed on to third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

6. No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies for analytics or advertising and no tracking or analytics services. No third-party content is embedded; fonts are also loaded directly from our own server.

Your choice of colour scheme (light/dark) is stored only locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us.

7. Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.

You have the right at any time to:
